It is very important to have sexual intercourse in the preceding days and up to the date of your ovulation. Visits to your midwife will be of help.

What to do.

Stop your contraception possibly 2-3 months prior to your intended pregnancy date.

You need to have regular unprotected vaginal sex. This according to medical science needs to be carried through for a whole year before anybody starts developing a hunch for a problem.

Go for a simple check up. This will rule out any problem around sperm count, tube blockages and other less common phenomena.
