Basics That Everyone Should Have in Their Wardrobe
Well since I can’t seem to upload any pics, I thought I would revisit any old post of mine.
Every year there are new trends that people follow. However there is no law that you have to follow them. I almost never do. That is probably because I have so many other things to buy other than clothes. So what is in my closet you might ask. Well the basics. And with the basics u can add fun pieces that make your closet seem endless. Have fun and splurge on the important things.
My basics: (and remember I live in Barbados so I have no need for some things other might need):
. A pair of jeans that fit well
. A little black dress
. A great handbag
. A pencil skirt (black will be slimming)
. Plain white t-shirts
. Well-fitting underwear and bra
. A white button-down shirt
. Wrap dress in a variety of colours
. A nice watch
. A gold chain
. A casual dress
. A pair of stud earrings
. Sunglasses
. Black heels (comfortable)
. Cute flip flops
. Ballet flats
. A great pair of sneakers
. A pair of wide leg trousers
. Skinny Jeans (thanks Kiki, I can’t believe I forgot those)
Well I hope my list inspired you in some way. If you have any basics that you keep in your closet, feel free to share.

take out the wide leg jeans(there not so flattering on meat least i think everyone likes them on me.LOL) and put in skinny jeans and that is my perfect list I forgot you lived in the Barbados you are very lucky

Ooh don’t forget a black cardigan! Or if black ain’t your thing, any colour really. As far as I’m concerned, a wardrobe doesn’t exist unless a cardigan is present.

I like your list:D I have almost all of those except the important black heels (still searching for the perfect ones) and the flip-flops (just cause I can’t stand wearing them
)
Although I would also add the trench, cardigan and leather jacket but that’s cause the weather here can get really chilly in winter.

I would have to say something floral or a flowy skirt. Even in the winter it’ll remind you of spring and perk up your day.

I totally agree with you about the “well-fitting Underwear and Bra.”

Did you know that there’s an Undie Awards that happens every year? Yep! The Undie Awards! It’s held by Herroom. It’s a revealing look at America’s favorite underwear. It honors the best (and worst) in men’s and women’s intimate apparel. This year was extremely special because we were able to raise money for Cancer Research.
Well, unfortunately, the awards are over but I do have a list of the ”Best Summer Bras” as voted on by American Women in the Undie Awards for average and full figured women. I would love if you blogged about it. May I send you the list and pics?
